Fourth Week Assignment:
This assignment is "make the FabISP in-circuit programmer", first of all i downloaded the circuit, and the boarder from the archive.i used to use Modela at Fab Lab Egypt but the whole process including Fab Modules thingie is some of new experience.
i fixed my sacrificial layer and the PCB above using "Scotch" double-sided tape, then i zeroed the z-axis to the surface of PCB.
And here we get to the milling part using 1/64 endmill, Fab Modules made this process stupid simple.
then i milled the border to get the Fab-ISP out to move to the soldering step.
many people find soldering very hard and frustrating, i find it easy and fun, that was the secret of getting a perfect result in no time.
The programming part went smoothly as well, using AVR MKII and these commands:
-make clean
-make hex
-sudo make fuse
-sudo make program
after that i desoldered the 0 ohm resistor, and Tata!!
